In today's podcast, Chelsea Elliot, Founder of Somocom Lab shares practical strategies that parents can implement to enhance their child's emotional wellness and promote a lifetime of positive mental health.

She is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and holds a master’s degree in social work from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
